Mind Power for Premature Ejaculation

Your brain is the most powerful organ in your body and when you can control it and establish a strong connection between mind and body you can once again take charge of your love making. One of the biggest reasons for premature ejaculation is the Mind Set we have when we are thinking about or about to have intercourse.

They can be thoughts of over excitement, anticipation, performance anxiety or sheer terror and no matter how gorgeous your partner is its hard to ignore the thoughts rushing through your head and its time we looked at these thoughts and put them to rest.

Most common thoughts before Bed

The most common thoughts running through your mind when your about to make love are

Performance anxiety – Am I good enough, can I maintain an erection long enough and will I satisfy her

Over Excitement – Your bloods boiling and you reach the point of no return very quickly

Change your thinking – Exercise

There are many ways to tackle these issues but one of my favorites is to use visualization and realistic simulations to recreate scenario’s and overcome them with your mind.

When you start this exercise you want to be positive and make yourself believe that it is real, this means using visual stimulation and physical stimulation. I recommend the fleshlight as it recreates the sensations of intercourse very closely.

Start to stimulate yourself while paying close attention to

Pelvic Muscles – check your pelvic floor muscles are they totally relaxed, always tell them to relax

Mind – Are you thinking that ejaculation is the reward of this exercise, if so get this idea out of your head, its not about that, its about enjoying the experience and its not the reason your doing it.
